Current Development Status of Wild Blue at Waterside

As of January 1, 2024, the developers of Wild Blue at Waterside have released phase 2. Homes begin in the high 800s with interior design and lot selection bringing the beginning price range to around $1.5 million. The size of the homes and lots vary, as do the builders and the elevations offered. Builders at Wild Blue at Waterside include Stock Luxury Homes, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Lee Wetherington Homes, John Cannon Homes and Anchor Builders. The homes range in size from 2400 square feet and up. Lot sizes vary by series. The smallest lots are in the Azure series at 64'. Next are the 78' lots, the Indigo Series. The Lapis Series homes are built on 100' lots and finally there are the 143' lots, or Sapphire Series. With home, interior selections and lot one can expect to pay from $1.5 million to $4 million.
